Chromosomes of Gymnothorax funebris and the karyotypical differentiation within Gymnothorax (Anguilliformes: Muraenidae)
Cytogenetic studies in Gymnothorax funebris revealed a diploid chromosome number 2n = 42 (6 metacentrics, 4 submetacentrics, and 32 acrocentrics, FN = 52).
